The rent is £795 PCM and applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a right to rent in the UK, have two references, one of which will need to be your current landlord, and satisfy a landlord’s credit check.
One month’s rent in advance is required plus 5 weeks rent to be held with a Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Rent is reviewed annually at the discretion of the Trust Directors. There will be a non-smoking clause in the tenancy agreement and no pets permitted. EPC is band C and Council Tax band is A.
