We currently have no almshouse vacancies, however we do have a 2-bed residential flat to let in the center of Tiverton:

Available in November, a two bedroom, second floor flat in the centre of Tiverton. The flat is currently being fully refurbished to include a brand new grey fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freeze, oven and ceramic hob with stainless steel extractor hood. There is a space for a washing machine and has a bathroom with shower over bath. This spacious flat has a separate hallway and sitting room which are all fitted with new flooring and has gas central heating throughout.

The rent is £795 PCM and applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a right to rent in the UK, have two references, one of which will need to be your current landlord, and satisfy a landlord’s credit check.

One month’s rent in advance is required plus 5 weeks rent to be held with a Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Rent is reviewed annually at the discretion of the Trust Directors. There will be a non-smoking clause in the tenancy agreement and no pets permitted. EPC is band C and Council Tax band is A.
