Since 1975, the Trust has been registered as a Social Housing provider with the Regulator of Social Housing. The regulator is a non-departmental public body that regulates private registered providers of social housing to promote a viable, efficient and well-governed social housing sector able to deliver homes that meet a range of needs.

Housing Ombudsman –

The Trust is registered with the Housing Ombudsman Service. It is set up by law to look at complaints about the housing organisation that are registered with them. The service is free, independent and impartial.
