The Trust owns and manages 10 flats above retail premises in Bampton Street. They are a mixture of one and two-bedroom properties and when available are offered on Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements. If and when they become available they are advertised through our social media pages. We also own and manage residential houses in the Westexe area of Tiverton.

Retail Properties

The Trust has 10 retail units in Bampton Street, accommodating a diverse range of shops and restaurants. Raymond Penny House in Phoenix Lane provides office space for seven diverse businesses. In John Greenway Building in Gold Street there is further office space currently occupied by a local business and a residential flat.
