We will provide all the information you require as a resident on this page, as well as the Resident Handbook, newsletters, surveys, annual questionnaires and any other documents you require throughout the year.  

Resident’s Survey Results

In November 2022, we circulated our Annual Residents Questionnaire to each resident to hear their views on all aspects of the housing service we provide to them. It’s extremely important for us to know how our residents feel, whether it be about the quality of their home, the standard of repairs & maintenance, how safe they feel or how they find the activities we run for them. We are delighted to share the results of the most recent survey showing such a high level of satisfaction. We always strive to continuously improve our services to our residents so it’s good to hear about the high levels of satisfaction that residents feel.
